Top 10 Healthy TIPS

Follow the foloowing great tips and you will see the benefit. Start to change the old habits with some new one's. Don't try and and change them all in one day.

1 Check the FAT content

Ensure that you do not consume more than 40grms of FAT per day.

3  Never Skip breakfast.

It is the most important meal of the day. Never skip it.

2  Count your calories

Don't consume less calories than your body needs. Your body will go into starvation mode.

4  Eat 5 small meals throughout the day.

Skipping meals is not good for your metabolism. Eat your biggest meal in the morning and smallest meal in the evening.

5  Drink at least 2 - 3 liters water per day.

Water is very good for your body. It keeps you hydrated and washes out bad toxins in your body.

6  Try an avoid starchy foods at night.

Avoiding starch at night can only do you good. You can live without eating starch at dinner time.

Too much alcohol is not good for you.

Alcohol makes your body dehydrate and the calories in alcohol is very high.

Try and eat more steamed or grilled food.

Avoid any fried food. Steaming or grilling is much healthier for your body.

More green vegetables is very good for you.

Eat as much green vegetables as you can.

A bit of exercise can only do you good.

A bit of exercise has never killed any one person. Your body can only benefit by some exercise.
